"Extremely rude and stuck up Manager, a young man, shorter in stature. I tried to return a coat I got from H&M fashion place and said "hello". I was ignored, he gave me no eye contact and proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it because of dust that was on the bottom of the coat from their store which happens when the jackets fall off the rack. The jacket was never worn or used. I think I'll shop at another H&M from now on. I've never been treated so rudely and with such disgust. H&M you can do better."
