"The manager acts as if when he does a refund it comes out of his paycheck. Terrible attitude. I didn’t take no for an answer. Took my business to another location and was able to get a refund for my duralast brake pads no problem. Fellow customers, if the manager gives you attitude or hassle here, just go to another autozone branch. Dear manager: Not caring about customer satisfaction will cost you more in the long run. "Been an Autozone customer for 23 years. Bought a 250.00 battery 4 days ago turns out the battery was not the problem, it was the starter. Came to try to get my money back for the battery and use that money to buy a new starter. Manager refused quoted policy 3 times to me and said good luck. Thought that being a customer for so long would get me some leeway but I was wrong. Never coming back to any Autozone. There plenty of other auto parts stores in the valley."

"This review is for Damon & Hayden, who have provided my wife and I with the BEST chain parts store experience I have ever had. - Knowledgable on vehicles enough to make recommendations on other parts to service / replace. - Due diligence before sending me to another store. They double checked all the information on my vehicle to ensure it was the correct part, then verified again by calling the other store to make sure I was not wasting my time. - Personable & honest customer service. They knew how to uphold (what I would assume is) the professional manner required by their job, while not making me feel like getting parts was a chore. They were understanding when I had to return to the store multiple times in an afternoon, and had a smile every time. These guys should be a standard set for EVERY chain parts store employee. If this were possible, I’m sure the bad taste in everyone’s mouth left by various Oreillys, Autozones, and Advance auto parts would not exist. Thank you guys!"

"Went looking for a small, atypical fuse and Alice was absolutely determined to help us find it! When it wasn’t with the main fuses, she scoured the computer database looking for it, and when we couldn’t find it in there, she went searching through the back shelves opening up individual boxes to compare with the one we needed. And she found it! Then she made sure we knew we had the warranty for it and was positive, upbeat and just absolutely delightful and the best customer experience we have had in a very long time!
