"Recently purchased a car for my 16 year old daughter. The dealership we purchased it from was having issues with their emissions machine. Decided to stop here on the way home from work, since it is close to my home. Pulled up and parked and before I could even get out of my work truck a gentleman was asking what he could do to help. I told him the situation and he said sure they could do it. Went home swapped vehicles and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes, even though they had about 4 other customers there. I overheard a conversation one of the techs was having with another customer. He said one of her filters was potentially needing replaced or right on the line of needing it. He explained multiple options for different styles , costs, advantages etc… it definitely was no pressure, just enlightening her and giving her options! Gentleman that checked me out asked if I had a coupon and I told him no. He proceeded to give me a coupon that saved me $10. I will be coming back here in the future for all my personal car needs."
"I have a 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor, and as you would expect I’m very particular about who works on my truck. I’m the guy that has changed his own oil and done all the work on my vehicles from childhood. Was in a jam getting ready to go on an off road trip about a year ago, and didn’t have time to change my oil, so I took it to them. I was so impressed with their customer service and how they took care of my truck that I’ve been using them ever since. I’ve seen the horror stories from one of their competitors, so I was really apprehensive. These guys are nothing but professional, and I’ll be taking my truck to them for the foreseeable future!!
