"I’m always impressed by how helpful the emotes employees are in this store. My check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. (I didn’t know that limp mode was a thing.) A young man came out and diagnosed some possibilities, keeping me from having to go to the dealer. I bought the parts and had them installed. Solved the problem. In a world where customer service can be sketchy, or companies are raising prices just to join the greedy gouging train, this store has remained awesome. Thanks for your help."

"I just left O'Reilly a few minutes ago. I could have gone to Auto Zone, which is a few blocks from me, but I decided to go here because it's across from me. I got to say if it wasn't for Alejandro, I would have walked out. He was busy with another customer, and all I needed was a battery for a remote. There was another person by the name of Gavin, I asked him to help me and he didn't even look up because he was too busy playing with his phone. I think next time, I would rather drive further for at least an acknowledgment and better customer service. Thank you, Alejandro, though."
