"Instead of telling me, he couldn’t do the repair. He went ahead and tried to just put a Band-Aid fix on it, and still charge me. This is a 2023 Tacoma that was brand new and treated like garbage by you. The way you carried yourself was and conducted your businesses was very poorly managed, especially when I messaged you and told you that you left my seatbelt in operable and in worse condition then I gave it to you. That’s pretty upsetting not to mention the scratches on the roof from the razor blade you used to try to trim the seal that you left underneath the antenna. If you can, I appreciate you were trying to do a solid and give me a deal, but if you can’t do the work, just admit it instead of leaving my truck in a worse condition than it was when you got it. I appreciate you giving me a refund but again that doesn’t fix the scratches in my roof or the broken seatbelt that you left me with, and refused to get back to me on to get fixed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this service if you get this type of experience. Would not recommend this to anyone shop locally Or do it yourself off of YouTube video and you’ll be happier."
