"Wish I could give 0 stars. STAFF IS RACIST! My mother went to ask for information because she has heard good things about the doctor but the front desk racist idiot started asking her for her 'papers' (immigration status). What the hell does her immigration status have to do with anything?? She had her ID and insurance so why the hell was she being asked for her 'papers' !!!!"

"Dr. Katherine Boyd is an angel. I was infertile for 3 1/2 years seeing a fertility doctor that wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for a surgery. I called my insurance and they directed me to Dr. Boyd. I met her once and instantly felt like I had known her forever. my surgery was completed and I got pregnant the next month. She knew exactly what she was doing. I will never forget her."

"I had my first appointment with them for my first checkup ever . They are so rude , I literally stood at the glass my FIRST TIME EVER going for 10 mins while a lady had her head down writing . Someone had to come from the back just to acknowledge my presence and tell me to sign in . As if it would’ve been such a hassle to acknowledge me or even just say hi . One of the staff literally got my birthday wrong and I had to correct it before checking out and she had the nerve to have an attitude with me ! My second appointment (an ultrasound) I left work to come to an appointment , you get a “15 min grace period”, I made it about 10 minutes after my appointment time , a lady was at the counter for about 5 mins after I arrived, I got checked in and waited an additional 10 mins to be told I was almost 20 mins late to my appointment and I would have to reschedule(a month and a half out btw) Nobody can tell you anything i waited basically a month and a half to receive results only for it to be “returned to sender “ I called for my results over the phone ( i had to call 5 times for someone to answer and stop sending me to voicemail) I was told that they were at lunch and someone would prob not be able to tell me my results until the next day . Still waiting as we speak for my results! I’ve never actually met the OB , usually they make it a point to introduce themselves but maybe not at this horrible establishment . Atp I think it’s best I take my business elsewhere! I wouldn’t dare come here if I was pregnant! This place should hire friendlier staff or shutdown . Why even work in healthcare if your attitude is piss poor ?"

"Dr. Boyd is the most amazing OBGyn doctor! I moved further away from Dallas but had to come back. Her bedside manner is far beyond expectations. Her staff is thoughtful and welcoming. I highly recommend this office!"

"Rude staff. They asked me to show up 30 minutes early for my appointment and 50 minutes after I arrived I asked when they thought I'd be seen and the woman at the desk said the doc was currently seeing a patient with 2 others were ahead of me. Totally unapologetic and defensive response and she told me this is what I should expect when going there. I have a medical issue that will likely require multiple appointments and this office does not feel trustworthy nor are they welcoming. Not sure why anyone would choose this office when there are many others that will be a better experience."
