"I can't speak for the therapist or anything but far as the clerks and other people doing assessment and scheduling are totally the worst... I have already been removed from my class after providing the necessary information and forms. Only to be told that I was discharged from class do to lack of communication on their part... only to be on hold from 10:30 til 12:15, being transferred from different areas so that the people working could enjoy lunch.. That's Crazy to me"

"Im taking to the reviews bc not even a supervisor will take time to reach out to me. PSI IS TRASH. Too bad the outcome is this way because I really liked the Dr. and was healing, Super long hold times. Today waited an hour on hold, just to to be redirected back into the phone tree bc I had the wrong department. I also waited in the lobby for over an hour because they had no receptionist. Told me to use the Ring doorbell next time. Also, the support advocate is non existent. I have been going to this place since October. Vera Sanchez was supposed to reach out to me. I never even knew she existed had the topic not come up with my Dr. SHE EVEN HAD TO NERVE TO LIE ON THE PAPERWORK SAYING I NO LONGER NEEDED HELP!!!! PSI is out of compliance, and now, because of Mrs Sanchez’s non-compliance…she sent me straight into crisis. after waiting on hold for about 30mins, Mrs Sanchez chose to hide behind the receptionist and NOT answer my questions (some advcate, right?) So I told the receptionist that I was heading to the office (Irving) to try and resolve a. NO ONE WAS THERE. THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AT 2:30pm ON A TUESDAY (did i mention it was raining and I had to walk 30mins) So now im in crisis, because of the lazy and blatant disrespect as well as the insult to my intelligence. What does she tell the very professional receptionist to tell me? GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM??? Thats how i found this place to begin with. Thankfully, my problem is NOT substance abuse. I am not ordered by the court. Mental health is real. Mrs. Sanchez before your unprofessionalism, and blatant disrespect, has insulted my intelligence. So, stop it before you hurt someone. The kind of hurt that could’ve possibly been avoided had you you done your job. Today, Mrs Sanchez, Im going to take my power back. As of now, YOU NOR YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL NOT GET ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO HURT ME NOR TO SEND ME INTO CRISIS. Again, MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL. If you dont like you job JUST QUIT before you hurt someone. As far as the reviews are concerned…. PLEASE, PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, DO NOT USE PSI. THEY WILL NOT BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST. EXCUSES AND MORE EXCUSES. BOTTOM LINE, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!"

"This place obviously has 2 stars for a reason.I applied for a job there , was offered the job , then basically turned down a few days later (today ) . Totally unacceptable. Don’t come here for treatment and don’t apply for any jobs here !"

"This place was a saving grace for me for a long time, I genuinely thought they had a goof thing going. Until recently, I'm enroled in the MAT program here. I'm well into my recovery thanks to them. So at first I would have given them a 5 star review; until today when I call up yo the pharmacy to get the medication I get from the program, might I add the medication I have to have; to go work, prevent relapse, take care of my family, and basically function on a day to day basis. Well I contact the pharmacy, after three days of waiting due the strangling and ridiculous FDA regulation and distribution laws. Only to find out that IPS hasn't contacted them, even though my appointment was three days prior. So naturally icall and sit through there redundant mind numbingly unnecessary hold music for there famous, but (apparently necessary) 45 minute to an hour wait time. Only to get transferred AGAIN for another 30 minutes of that famous music. To someone who when they answered; I could hear the ENTIRE STAFF laughing and cackling in the background like it was a staff party or something. Of course this person; as unempathetic as they come says, "OH yes your prescriptions will be sent out today, we are having some software issues. But it will be sent today." To which I reply, any general idea of what time? "Oh.... no sir no idea what time justbthat it will be sent today" As I said I need this medication to work, and function overall. I am NOT by any means a strong willed person, if you understand me. So naturally it comes time for me to go to work, and I can't go because I am glued over a toilet,vomiting, big dream about getting ANY sleep tonight, and all this is for what?!?! Because the medical staff there apparently can't PICK UP A PHONE and call in a prescription; it has to be done through this ridiculous software?!?! I mean honestly, people are physically dependent on this medicine! Not just that, but our recovery IS CONTIGIENT on it!!! Nevertheless if you can afford better treatment, do it, these people are insensitive negligent, irresponsible and not to mention LAZY!""

"If you can get another mental health provider do so. The clinician I had TRIED to use the information I shared with her against me, to ruin my life. She violated HPAA laws, and when I reported her to a manager nothing was done. They tried to cover it up. You’ll end up in jail going through this program. Unless you’re good at faking it."
