"The doctors are outstanding (why I gave two stars) except you cannot get a hold of anyone in the practice. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks now. Called just to continuously find the scheduling voicemail being full. Called the triage department twice .. No call back! Portal doesn't work. It's like this practice doesn't exist anymore but no one bothered to contact the patients. Horrendous administrative team. I also tried to contact Katie - I got her email address from the below reviews. Almost a week later - still no response."

"This office was wonderful before Texas Health bought them out. I have called 10+ times today, been met with a full voicemail box each time. It's impossible to make or cancel an appointment last minute (which you sometimes have to do in women's healthcare), much less get anyone on the phone - ever. They used to be very prompt with responses and always answer the phone, so it's unfortunate this buyout is ruining a once great office. I love these doctors but if this how it's going to be with this company, I will have to reconsider coming here for care."

"Since the merger it has been difficult trying to get in to see a doctor. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. If I had to get I’d say I made maybe 20 calls in the last month and no one answers or calls back. I finally spoke with the dr on call and she burst out laughing at my concern. I’ve been with this practice since 2015. Sad to leave. Dr blewett was great but the practice is poorly managed. Do not recommend"

"A very honest review for this office. If I was to grade the doctors at this practice, I would give an A+…specifically to Dr. Ebrahim. She is no less than absolutely INCREDIBLE (and the only reason I’ve stayed through their transition to Texas Health)! That being said, the care I receive in every other aspect is utterly ABYSMAL. Need to make an appointment? Your call is forwarded to voicemail with no return call. You need a script called into your pharmacy? Don’t hold your breath. They don’t respond to your pharmacist’s requests OR give you an option to call their office and follow up with the follow through. I have done both and seen no results or phone call back. Make sure anything and everything you need is accomplished during your annual exam because you will never have an opportunity to speak with your provider or their nurse until the next time you see them next year. Not to mention my specific healthcare history has been lost in the process of their transition and it’s frustrating. The only reason I give the second star is for the doctor quality."

"We like to sincerely Thank our Dr. Blewett, Jenner, all other doctors, supporting staffs from Women's Health Specialist of Dallas. Initially we were looking for VBAC support, doctors were very much helpful in taking care of us towards that during the pregnancy time. With the blessing of God, continuous care and frequent checkups from the doctor, our baby was born in a good way. Doctors were kind, down-to-earth, humble and able to clarify all our doubts during the pregnancy time and after it as well. We felt we had a great treatment and discussion with Doctor Jenner and duty nurse during the time of labor. She was the on-call physician when we called her. She immediately came on line and told us "I will meet you soon in the hospital" and that statement gave more confident to us that doctor would be ready there to attend us. We strongly suggest/recommend our doctors to those who need similar support."
