"Had a 6 month policy. Called them near the end of the term to be told it was cancelled in 5 months. No one knew why. They verified my contact info and said they'd call me back in a few mins... No call... I called back and was told "because you added a 2nd vehicle at a different location, I'll have to transfer you over there." At that point, a cycle of endless "transfers", no one answering, and "I'll call you backs". The last straw was talking to a lady that said she was going to call "the company" to try to get down to the bottom of it all and to give them a call back the next morning. At that point, I was behind schedule in things I needed to do, so, I didn't call back the next morning. The next day rolls around (or maybe on the 2nd day) and I get a text stating my policy has expired and was given a link to start a new policy... I'm now with progressive... Full coverage on both vehicles... Almost 1/2 the price. I need my 6th month refunded. *UPDATE 01.09.2024* 9 MONTHS LATER, STILL NO REFUND!!"

Everything about her made me feel confident that she was going to do me right. She was awesome. Step by step and with good advice. I will for sure be calling her line for info again. "I called to remove a car from my policy, was advised the policy was canceled AFTER they took almost a $500 as payment. Due to an associate NOT uploading our car pictures that I had sent in to her. Absolutely unbelievable how I am being punished for the actions of others. I have been driving our cars, thinking I was covered. I was placed on hold multiple times, asked to speak with a supervisor and never got to one. Disgusting how they treat their customers, if you can take your business else where PLEASE do !"
