"I called over 7 times. Each time my options were to leave a voice mail or speak with the doctor. My son has the flu and hasn’t gotten better so I need an appointment URGENTLY so I can get him antibiotics therefore, I selected to speak with the doctor. The doctor told me to call the office and continue using over the counter medicine and hung up even after I explained that the office doesn’t answer and that there are no options to speak with the front desk or set up an appointment. The options are leave a voice mail or speak with the doctor directly. I do not need my voicemail returned by Monday (today is Friday) I need it returned asap or I need to speak with someone immediately. This is extremely frustrating!"

"I have been taking my daughter here since birth. She is 18 months old. This place is terrible. The doctors aren't bad but the staff is worthless. They never get the PA's over to the Dr unless you call multiple times and finally loose it on them a week later. They constantly lie and say they have done it. Then when you wait in the phone with the pharmacy calling them out saying the didn't send it they back track and say they are working in it. This has happened EVERY single time we have needed one. It has taken over a week each time to get it taken care of. I dont know about anyone else but when my kid needs medication I dont wait a week. If you get a referral from the Dr. it takes the staff a week and a call from you to get it sent. You never wait less than 2 hours even if you're the 1st appointment of the day. Still to this day have never asked for a family history. They tell me eveytime wego in that something is wrong with her insurance then oh never mind. They take a copy of her insurance on each visit because the loose it. Save yourself the headache and choose better for your kiddo!! I will be moving forward."

"This is a wonderful group of pediatricians! They truly are compassionate, knowledgeable and provide excellent care. I chose this practice due to the Google reviews. I no longer live in this immediate but I still bring my daughter here. Directly across the street from Medical City Lewisville Hospital. Parking at the back of the building."
