"On December 5, 2023, I had an ultrasound imaging procedure. When making the appointment, I informed the office that I would be paying out-of-pocket and not through health insurance, and thus inquired about the cost. They requested that I call back in three hours for this information. Upon my follow-up call, I was quoted a price of $372. Before the procedure, I paid the quoted amount of $372. However, after the ultrasound was conducted, I received an additional bill for $881.12, indicating an outstanding balance of $509.12."
"The staff is very helpful and professional. The whole process is super efficient. You fill out paperwork online prior to the visit so there is little to no wait time. You can call to find out an estimated cost before your appointment as well. I was brought back for imaging in less than 5 mins, and the technician, Dee who took my ultrasound images was thorough and friendly. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience."

"Both my husband and I had appointments at this location and neither of us had our scans completed by them. We both had horrible experiences. The front office staff is incredibly rude. I understand that my issue was not important to them, but it was to me and I was scared. Ended up going to a different company because they "could not" get approval from the insurance. The other company had it in 30 minutes. These folks do not want to put forth any effort."
