"UPDATE: The company has reached out to me and has made extra ordinary efforts to solve this problem. The problems have been corrected and I was given proof that everything is considered resolved. The process was very professional. The billing department, the 3rd party billing is the most frustrating and incompetent ever. They bill once before insurance is filed and again after it's filled and don't apply payments and that's IF they bother to bill at all. They can't notify a customer about any problem with the account because they say it's a HIPPA violation to tell you or notify but they have absolutely NO problem turning you over to collections when THEY mess up your account. They work very hard to find ways to blame the customer. Here's a good one. You have too many Drs I had a stem Cell transplant. Having multiple Drs had no bearing on me or Drs. The problem is their incompetence. 2 years my account is messed up and to this day I get billed for service I already paid for. They don't apply my payments. If Insurance denies something they can't bother to ensure they have correct information oh noooo not ever. They admitted to common problem with insurance that can be corrected by verify information and re submitting it. Golly, that would mean they would actually have to do their job. You can't avoid these people they are all owned by Quest, all labs are."

"This place is absolutely awful! They couldn't run it profitably on their own so Quest bailed them out and took over. Hopefully now they will get smart people to run the place"
