"[UPDATED SINCE OWNER RESPONSE: Yes, I understand that I did not inform your team of the construction completion. The problem is that when I did notify Feller's, the policy was written for the incorrect dates. Your response also overlooks the other issues mentioned and the lack of communication. My first attempt at getting the dates corrected was June 2023. As of November 2023 it was still not corrected and the assigned agent stopped responding long before this... even Travelers attempted contact. So, yes, the policy was written however, the LACK OF COMMUNICATION, the DIFFICULTY IN CONTACTING MY ASSIGNED AGENT or ANYONE, the MISTAKES made, etc etc etc is not acceptable. I ONLY switched to a new provider AFTER trying to work this out with your team from June to November. PUSH THE BLAME BACK ON ME if you like but MY ONE mistake and attempt to correct it with you guys does not make up for what I have dealt with as a result. The biggest issue was the LACK OF RESPONSE and INABILITY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION.] When I started with Feller's a few years ago, the service was fantastic and in the past year and half it has only dwindled. I have experienced duplicate policies, cancelled policies, and policies with incorrect coverage dates. I have not been with them in several months and am STILL working through issues caused by their team where I have discovered a gap in coverage because a policy was updated incorrectly. My mortgage company has had issues contacting Feller's to further discuss to no avail and the agents assigned to me became non-responsive so I switched."

"I haven't had the same experience as everyone else. It started off great 3 or so years ago, but the level of service and the cost has made me move to a different company. Just today I changed my homeowners and saved $800 with exactly the same coverage. I had to change auto earlier in the year as well. I've had to ask multiple times for policy documents or reminders for quotes. Be careful and shop around."
