"Very comfortable place to stay. Very Quite and peaceful. I Book here a lot coming in and out of town and it's very convenient if you fly because it by the airport. Also Walmart the mall and plenty nice food places to eat at. Very clean here and organized definitely prefer if your visiting Irving. Redroof on esters right beside blue crab and 711 a great option.."

"The room here are very dirty. Do not walk on the floors with no shoes. Your feet will turn black. I had to walk to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. There was hair and left over soap from the previous guest. Sheets are stained with piss and burn marks. I accidentally spilled my water and when I wiped it up with a towel the white towel turned almost black. I was really excited to stay here because I know it was recently redone but I’d prefer to spend 20 dollars more down the street at the atrium hotel. Location is good and they have a free airport shuttle but dang they really need to do better in housekeeping. MOP THE FLOORS BETWEEN EVERY GUEST!"

"I’ll start with the only good thing I have to say about this place, location is great! Centrally located near the airport, restaurants, gas station etc. The room is dirty, the floor is falling through, no shampoo or conditioner, blankets were stained, dirt in the bed, mirror looks like a 2 year old cleaned it. Weird “whirring” noise coming from the ceiling. Service, initial check in was a breeze, how ever once the issues were brought up with the front desk person it was “sorry, the house keepers will be by tomorrow around 11 to bring you your shampoo/conditioner and clean the room better for you” What good does that do when you’re only here for a night? We stay at a lot of hotels, this has by far been the worst as far as the room and service go."

"I originally had a layover in Dallas, Texas. Due to the snow storm, my flight was cancelled and I was left stranded for almost two days. Fortunately, I was I found Red Roof Inn & Suites, which I was met with with very friendly and welcoming staff. My hotel room was spotless and the air conditioning was terrific. For anyone who is looking to stay in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area, I would highly recommend this hotel. They also provide service transportation to DWF airport. Finally, I would like to personally thank the general manager Mario. Who runs his staff very professionally and was very helpful. I will be sure to recommend this location the next time I have VIP guests visit the Dallas area. PS: Thank you for the complimentary water & tooth paste. Your service was remarkable."

"I actually like staying here until my apartment is ready. The staff is very nice. They provide great service. I would recommend. I actually like this place better then high end hotels like Marriott. I can't thank them enough for the kindness. It's actually quiet here. I feel safe here. I definitely recommend too anyone. This one specifically!"
