"Good venue but lack of organization at the entrance. I like it when Im inside but not outside, some security staff members are rude and frustrated with their jobs. Thing I hate the most about this place is lthe regular chairs on first rows 100 sections with just a few tag # which makes it confusing and people had trouble getting in and out of their seats and most of the concert ypu have to be on your feet cuz people wont take a seat on those silly chairs. Bathrooms are good they have plenty of options around the venue and the keep them fluid and organized."

"This place is awesome! Would love to go back again and have dinner. It’s like a whole village around the venue with tons to do. The venue itself has great seating and acoustics. Just make sure you bring plenty of extra pocket change if you want a drink. $$$$$"

"The parking garage was easy to get into but absolute Hell getting out of!! Venue has lawn area in back, standing floor in the front and comfy seats in the middle. The aisles in the seating area are spacious. You can actually move around without stepping on others feet. Chicken tenders and fries were terrible and fries were cold. 1star because of difficulty exiting and subpar food at Kevin Gates concert. I do not own rights to this music."

"Parking was $45 where it's normally free in the garage for Maxwell tonight. You don't find that out until you get to the gate and the attendant tells you and you can't reverse because of the line behind you. Security was fast and the lines moved quickly. Once inside, drinks are average $20-22 and they only give 1oz pours which is a total rip off. Standard pour is 1.5oz. An extra shot was $5 and it looked like .5oz instead of 1oz. Total sham operation. There are no restrooms on the 3rd floor. There is 1 ADA elevator and it's slow as hell and only allows 2 people at a time. The line was long and the floor was really hard on my feet waiting for it. The ADA seats were heavy chairs near the lawn. To use the bathroom, there's a litany of stairs or that insufferably slow lift to the 1st floor. There's no air conditioning but luckily tonight, the breeze was beautiful and the sun goes down earlier now where we were sitting. Maxwell said it was hot. It's a covered open air venue. I found the food vendors and bathroom workers to be incompetent and unprofessional. Ticket checkers were real nice. Tacos were 12.99 and really good actually. The concert was nice and the crowd vibe was high vibrational. I will not ever be back here. First and last time."
