"Great place. I love the atmosphere and lanes but the bartenders suck. I was there over the weekend. My friends were celebrating their birthdays. My group waited a solid 15 minutes till I had to raise my voice to get their attention. They walked past us and NOT EVEN LOOKING AT US. Cards were out ready to order and they walked past us and no one addressed us. I honestly felt it was a little racial. The bar was split and they were only paying attention to one end. This was at the bowling alley bar with whichever 3 black chicks were working there that night."

"My family and I came out tonight and spent $300+. We chose to do the VIP Bowling experience and it was disappointing. The instructions said to check in 15 minutes early. We went to the desk 10 minutes before our reservation time and we were told that we are not allowed to check in until after our time starts. We explained what the instruction said, and that we understand that the lane may still have someone in it we just wanted to go and get the shoes so we can help our kids get into them in the lobby. she gave us the shoes and let us know that she went ahead and started our time clock. We went to our lane but there were still people there because they still had five minutes left on their reservation. so we lost 10 minutes of time. With VIP Bowling experience, we were supposed to have a server and after asking for them several times and being told the”they would go find our server” one finally showed up an hour into our 1.5 reservation. So by the time we were able to place our food order we only had 10 minutes of time to eat. There were also dirty dishes on our lane from the previous party. Also, multiple games did not work. I had to seek out managers several times to get credit back on my card. We had to wait 15 minutes to do the ropes course because they didn’t have enough staff."

"The ambiance at this venue exceeded expectations. It was my inaugural visit, and I was pleasantly impressed. The bowling prices are reasonable, and there are numerous other activities available. I suggest this spot for a date night, company event, or a casual family outing."

"Fun place to hang out and play games. Rock climbing, ropes, laser tag, bumper cars, bowling. Games are pretty pricey; couldn’t find much under 6 card points (kind of like tokens loaded onto a card). Bowling balls were too limited (mostly all smalls so not enough selection for adults). My group said the food was bland and veggies undercooked. Nothing was gluten free so I couldn’t eat at all. No sweet tea. Fully staffed so we didn’t have to wait long for drinks; staff was very friendly."

"Really enjoy myself this time. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The waitress was very attentive. Everything was clean, and all the machines worked. The drinks from the bar were good as well."
