"I never felt so disrespected. The cashier was so condescending. She was the only one working today (5/16) at the Las Colinas/Irving location. The cashier’s name was Margarite. I brought unworn shoes that I got from room rack in Irving mall and she did not want to return them. These were the display shoes and was the last one available at the Irving mall. She told me to go back to Irving mall and return them. How rude! I know for a fact that you can return room rack shoes anywhere. I was very displeased. I don’t know how she could call unworn shoes worn. Don’t sell these shoes if you can’t return them. “We can’t return worn shoes honey, go back to Irving mall” I am so shocked and frustrated. I absolutely felt so disrespected."
