"The team at "A Oasis" have been great. Starting from design phase, everyone has been receptive to my needs or concerns. The work crews are very friendly, and they make sure measurements and layout are correct. They keep in communication with the homeowner via BuilderTrend App and phone calls. If there are any hiccups during construction phases, they make sure to keep the homeowner up to date. I know they are on the higher cost spectrum; however, you get what you paid for."

"We chose A Oasis because the design process was low pressure, the designer listened to our needs and helped us create something within our budget and our wants. However, from dig to fill our project was poorly executed. We had little to no communication outside of the calendar on the app which was frequently wrong about what to expect. Our concrete around our pool was horrendous and had to be refinished. Our coping tile was cut incorrect, wrong tile ordered and had to be fully replaced. Our landscaping was done lazily and had to be redone, sod had to be redone multiple times. The abuse our backyard took was appalling, trash everywhere, cigarette butts in the pool, destroyed sod for no reason. The communication was horrible. Our PM was changed mid job and we only found out because the original PM texted us saying he wasn’t working there anymore. We have so many false promises of people getting us answers and communicating to us on deadline that passed without a word from anyone. The women we worked with on this job saved us from pulling all our hair out and the warranty department has helped us fix all outstanding punch list items but it took months and even the warranty department admitted the way the project was handled was embarrassing. We did not pass final inspection for basic things that the pool company should have done right the first time like the gate which had to be rebuilt twice. We have yet to been contacted by anyone at upper management about our experience. This isn’t a small ticket item to have such poor communication. I do not recommend using this company for one of the largest purchases you will make."

"From the first day of designing our vision virtually, to the last piece of sod, our experience AO staff were honest, professional, talented and timely. We were told at our contract signing to speak up if ever we had a concern or idea and AO held true to supporting our doing just that. We had a million questions along the way as we were new to this. Our superintendent Chris and Manager Jake always answered our questions. They never made us feel silly for not knowing something. The artistry in our stone work and the perfect lines everywhere are top notch. The work is impeccable. Every single crew that came to work on our project from the diggers, irrigators, masons, gunite, plumbing, electrical, pergola build and landscaping were punctual, personable and talented. Even they answered questions! Jorge who did the stone work and tile even stopped and showed us different options for the spa just to confirm what we liked best-that was going above and beyond. The most meaningful part of this experience with AO was the dedication the AO team had to ensuring our vision & dream was brought to reality. We wanted a very specific metal roof color under the pergola. It wasn’t how it’s manufactured. When we were ready to just accept that it wasn’t possible, our AO superintendent Chris and owner Charley made it happen. They didn’t give up on our dream just because we were willing to accept ‘no’. That level of commitment and concern for our project is priceless. We are customers for life and we would recommend AO to any family who values a company that takes their time to get it right, to communicate and to care just as much as you do."

"I've waited a year to post my review. The reason I'm giving Aoasis a 5 star review, is because they never gave up and 100% took care of the project start to finish and honored even their warranty. I'm not going to sugar coat, EVERYTHING went wrong on our project. BUT, they have made everything right, and didn't leave us hanging. I've read about pool companies not finishing a project and leaving customers to find another contractor to finish. They will not do this to you. They do have a lot of in house workers which is great, but even the people they contract out, do honor their warranty. We had to have our plaster redone due to a hole in the finish and Pacific Pool Plastering were completely apologetic when they felt the hole and redid it no questions asked. We also had to have some grout redone around the coping of the pool and they 100% honored their warranty. Would I have loved the process to be smoother? Absolutely! I definitely don't think our process was Aoasis' normal. It's construction, and it just sometimes happens. We now have a beautiful Oasis. They created everything from the kitchen and pavillion to the beautiful pool. Shout out to Chris Derdan, Phillip Garcia, Tim Taborsky, Toni Nutt, Charley Duncan, and especially Collie Nutt (who let me vent when I needed to, and really managed to get us to the finish line.) "AOasis is the Mercedes of pool companies for Ellis county for sure! They build perfection without a doubt. From start to finish was very fast starting with an awesome design by Jamie. Charley with his team carefully installed my oasis in a small area.making it difficult for them. But still managed to accomplish this paradise with only inches to spare. I would like to thank Jamie, Heather, Brandon, Cody, Phillip and especially Charley!"
