"This Leslie's is very clean and well managed. There is a wide variety of anything one would need for their swimming pool and spas. I have one complaint, though. They never have the red top shock in 100 pounds. Now, you can get it if you order a whole pallet. This is not fair to the small swimming pool service technicians. So this shows me that caterer to the big companies that service over a hundred pools or more. I always thought of Leslie's as catering to the everyday people and not companies. What they try to peddle to the small companies is an inferior shock that does not work as well as the Leslie brand."
"Ok, I was pretty happy when one opened up here in town, turns out it did not matter. I have called a few times looking for things and to verify they are in stock, since it seems to be hit and miss with parts after the freeze last winter. I have talked with a couple of guys one is helpful and the other is rude, patronizing, and very condescending. I will go pick up chemicals here, but if I actually need help I drive to Mansfield they are helpful."
"These guys used to be great, always great service and very helpful...my first go-to! Yesterday (2/24/21) I went in and the guy could not have cared less whether he helped me or not. I decided I would wait a day to see if maybe someone else was working. So today I called the store before driving in to town, to see if they could help me. Phone rings once, they pick up, don’t say anything, and hang up. I thought that was just a technical issue... NOPE! They did the exact thing three more times. I guess it must be the same person working! I will go to Waxahachie or Mansfield."
"Our regular place - been customer in Waxahachie until Midlothian got a store. A lot of turn over in Management and spotty good Service like we had with the first manager."
