I had a small “oops” with my Tesla and dented and scratched my driver side rear quarter panel. I was devastated, and although may not look too bad for some, it bothered me every day I drove it, especially since it was right by the charging port. Got a few absurd quotes from Tesla service center and other body shops. But after glowing reviews and recommendations from friends and Facebook groups, I brought it to Austin Detailing. You know they know their way around teslas when 90% of their customer base is Tesla. Brian Daly was extremely great at providing me a quote, easy drop off time on Sunday (with key drop at their shop). The turn around was insane, my car was delivered *to my house* by Thursday since they had a customer in the area anyway. I am extremely OCD and the paint work is flawless. I mean they matched the white pearl exactly! My car is ceramic coated as well, and I expected to have to bring it in later to get it re-done on the quarter panel, but lo and behold, they re-coated the quarter panel for me! Mind blown. I’m honestly speechless at the level of customer service, responsiveness, and openness that Brian Daly and his crew has showed me. I have found my go-to detail spot for not just my Tesla but my other cars as well. Go team Brian!!”
