"First time I went to Christina she did a decent job on my hair color and cut for my daughter. Second time I came in.....no ma'am. She did not color to my root and left several hotspots(huge round bleach spots) all over my head and a 2 year old could have cut it better. I gave her several chances to fix it with no reply back. She won't even respond at all! Im thinking if she spent less time talking of her personal teenager issues and more time focused on hair she would do a great job....but this wasn't the case."
