"This property lacks communication! I have made an attempt to request information from a deposit made Jan 7th, & still have no clue where it is, & neither does the staff! Definitely not a company I want to do business with!"

"Update: don't buy the auto response. Once again, we're 2 weeks now waiting on them to fix an issue. They still don't communicate. 0 calls, 0 updates. They do not care! Also, they're system glitched and double charged us this month. We have been told they DO NOT take money orders and payments are online only. And now that they're system has messed up, we're told there's nothing they can do, and we just have a credit for next month. We are in December! Thanks to this company, we will NOT be having much of Christmas this year. Disappointed is an understatement. We've been here for a few months now. First, the move in process was a nightmare! Nothing was ready when they said it would be, and we had to wait almost a month past the original date they said it would be ready. We've had to call maintenance several times and they are extremely unprofessional! They do not clean up after themselves, they are rude, and they've yet to actually fix the problem. Communication from management is non existent. They also refuse to tell us when maintenance is coming or communicate to us what maintenance findings are. I would not recommend. Avoid at all costs!"

"By far the worst experience of my life jail was a better living environment the whole neighborhood as a whole is bad but the office staff are even worse there was constant gun shots, not to mention the staff refused to send a maintenance man even tho my ac was broke and flooding my apartment the icing on the cake was that I gave them a 600 dollar deposit and moved in to a dirty apartment has stains all in the toilet and shower cleaned it better then it had ever been cleaned before I left and the refused to give me my deposit back still even tho nothing was damaged if I were u looking to rent any property I would give any thing with their name on it a hard pass the will screw u over"

"The office staff have been amazing. My move was quick and effortless. Kristen went above and beyond to assist and accommodate my preferences/needs. Keisha was great at answering all questions and making sure I had all the pertinent info.The maintenance staff have been professional and quick. So far, so good. Keep it up y'all!"
