"The is my first experience with BMW. I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 (used) in October of 2022. No issues until Thursday afternoon I went to get in my car and an error was on my display stating driver and passenger restraint system error. This really scared me because I was in my way home an hour away. Once I arrived home safely, I went online to make an appointment. It was so easy! I made an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived to the dealership, the doors opened and I drove my car and was immediately greeted by an associate. He asked for my information and directed me to Bradley Hooks who the service provider. Bradley introduced himself, ask me a few questions about my concern and let me know that they would look at my car to identify the problem. He offered me a ride back to my house since it might take time to get it in to be fixed. He gave me his card and texted me a few times to keep me updated on the problem and progress of my car. BMW fixed the error with no other problems and I left a very happy BMW owner!"
