"My battery was not good under cold weather. I ordered new battery online then drove to store. Larry, a very nice and knowledgeable staff, replaced the battery for me in 15 mins. Great service!"

"I had called the store to put a battery on hold that they showed having from online.I went there to get a battery thinking I’d be able to use a tool or two to swap out the old one. If not I’d have to buy a few that I didn’t want to buy last min and didn’t have the money for at that moment. Well come to find out they actually had a cart that not only had tools but other nice things to help out someone working on their car with something they just bought. I was able to do a custom upgrade from the factory battery and install it with a new tie down they had in store. Both Logan & Daniel were both helpful in anything I needed and had even offered to help install the battery, I was appreciative and said they didn’t need to do extra; since I had a tool cart and it was a custom upgrade. Overall I have made this my Parts house and will be coming back!"

"This store is such a failure. After multiple attempts to give them my business, they have shown incompetence at most every level. I've purchased many times from this store, giving second chance after second chance. I'm just trying to DIY a lot of things and I cannot even get competent customer service or speak with anyone who seems trained up, intelligent, and customer focused. This place is terrible. So many long faces from customers just rolling their eyes like, "hey buddy, we know how you feel.". The district office needs to evaluate the competence and customer service quality at this store. This last experience was to pick up an online order which the system said was available. Of course it's ok it wasn't in stock when I got there, but the local team was in the dark on what to do. The manager actually told me "cool", when I told him I need some documentation of a returned charge of 60$ or so. This local manager sure doesn't make AAP corporate "cool". This store is FUBAR. Of course, the obligatory Reputation Management system will kick in with a disingenuous response. That's ok too. It just shows that AAP has the lowest ratings for local competitors for a reason... THEY DON"T CARE."

"This is my favorite Auto Parts Store as compared to Auto Zone and O'Reily. The staff is most helpful and I love how they can look up your prior purchases, even if you don't have a receipt. I brought a battery back there that was dead on my last visit and because they had a record of my purchase, I had it replaced for free saving me around $200.00!"
