"Typical automotive store, but this store front is big ,nice and clean, and stocked with the things you need for your car. Only issues are when you walk in the people working act like they can't speak or as if they don't want to help you. Not saying it's like that always, but be aware of it."

"To start with the store was fairly busy when I walked in but that didn’t stop one of the counter guys from opening the door for me (I was carrying a battery in for testing) and he put the battery on the counter and said he would be right with me. The counter person efficiently took care of his customers and got to me quickly. The battery was definitely bad so he and the manager discussed options for replacing the battery. The battery was just out of warranty but they came up with what I thought was a totally fair option for replacing the battery. There is a O’Reilly store closer to where I live but I’m going to be taking my business to this store because of how these guys treated me and the other customers in the store. Just to give you my background I have worked in the automotive business just over 45 years (both in racing and high end dealerships). Thank you to Mr K and Justin for doing an excellent job."

"I have been a customer a customer of this store for 3 years, i went today to buy a battery and on my way my car turn on the check engine light, and a few other. I asked them if i could get helped with the free diagnostic to see what parts i need. I guess they thought i was not going to buy anything since at first they try to ignore me and act like i wasn’t there started doing other things and picked up the phone i had to ask for a second time and the employee who eventually put the scammer acted like i was bothering him while he was trying to wrok. I WAS TRYING TO BUY THE PARTS I NEEDED TO FIX MY VEHICLE WITH MY MECHANIC AS I HAVE BOUGHT PARTS FROM THIS STORE FOR 3 YEARS NOT BEGGING FOR A FREE DIAGNOSTIC. Starting today i’m AUTOZONE CUSTOMER never again using this company!"
