"A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O’Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. He was very helpful and He wasn’t trying to sell me anything more than what I came in for. A1 customer service shoutout to benny (I think)"

I was a few days after the fact and Jason honored the warranty for me!!! So grateful for the excellent customer service received at this O’reillys. Thanks again."
"Do not buy parts in this location Poor management especially the employed named Tony and lady assistant manager they don't want replace the life time warranty parts, I told them my starter only work when I hit it but unfortunately when they checked the starter work but when the starter get hot doesn't work so they refused the replacement. And the started still on warranty."
