"One picture is through my window and the other right outside. Love having the water view. You can see the turtles, ducks and sometimes the fish. Been here for almost a year now . Management has been kind and helpful. Especially with my move-in process. They were very patient with me and help me with what I need to get done to get moved in. Maintenance request are always done ASAP. Even called the emergency maintenance line because it was late at night and they called me right back within 5mins and help me with my problem. If you have kids it’s a very kid friendly place my son loved it in the summer time out in the pool playing with all the kids."

"We lived here in 2006. Had it not been for boyfriend's job we would have stayed. We have seen the changes over the years since moving back. We are glad to call it home again due to Donisha. She has helped us every step of the way. Her knowledge & leasing ability flows as much as her radiant beauty. Sesley & her prep on getting apt ready for us has gone above & beyond to make us feel more at home this return. We are so excited. Thank you Donisha & Sesley!!! Job well done!!!"

"When we moved, the admin team was excellent! The guy who made us the leasing, victor, he was the one! But the apt had roaches , then the maintenance team help us with everything!! New admin is not that good but maintenance team is the best, we no longer have roaches and the apt is perfect! We just need to save money and the rent is going higher so we need to move out :("

"I started my process online, but when I looked at the reviews I wanted to meet Donisha. She is amazing and very informative. She went above and beyond, I’ve literally never met such a welcoming staff. Marvin is also amazing because of them, I’ve decided to move to this beautiful community!!!!"

"Loved this place when I moved in 2021, in 2022 a new management company took over and made it a living hell. They don’t care about their tenants and they care more about making the property seem pleasant than making it pleasant. Cars have driven through breeze ways - an off leash dog attacked a woman and the apartment didn’t say a word, dog was taken by police and then back the next week - management will tell you what you want to here just to get you out of the office - parcel lockers never work - valet trash shows up when they feel like it but you still have to pay. - they charge you recycle fees but refuse to get recycling bins lol - pot holes everywhere -trash throughout the pond - kitty litter tossed wherever - THE BEST PART IS THE CITY LITERALLY SHUT DOWN THE POOL TWICE LAST SUMMER BECAUSE IT WAS SO HAZARDOUS- ALSO expect your rent to go up $400-600 once you sign a renewal as mine and all of the other original tenants have. Whatever they are going to respond to this is bull. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
