Comfort Suites DFW N/Grapevine

"Nice hotel with everything you need. No evening meal but there are restaurants locally. The breakfast is ok and there is a garage and a waffle house next door. After the 3rd night I had problems with my room and the receptionist didn't seem to be bothered about it and was no help to me whatsoever she had a can't do attitude. Was happy to leave."

"I waited one hour and 30 minutes on a shuttle van at DFW airport. the shuttle driver was never told. I CALLED the front desk 8 times. when I got to the hotel the lady at the front desk said I only called once.I showed her on .my phone where I called 8 times. I talked to a lady each time. so she lied that was my last time at that hotel. Never again I am a Vet with 20 years."

"The first time I went here it was great and this time was great also until yes what I am going to say happened. So I am in my room to warm my food in the microwave. And I noticed that the turntable ring is missing so I called the front desk and multiple rings and no one picks up the phone. So I use my cell phone to call. A lady says I can change your room ñ. I have already unpacked so don't want to change rooms and just tell them if they can bring a ring or another microwave. So she passed the phone to the manager and she is manager from hell. She said well you can bring your food down to warm up. I said why can't you just bring me a ring even a child can fix this and you really don't need a maintenance person this is easy fix. She said I don't have one. Then she said are you shouting I said no. Later she says you are shouting you better check yourself out or I will check you out and call the police. Later she calls room phone and says police are on their way. After a half an hour police knocked on my door I get the door and it is police. They tell me pack your things and we escort you out or you will be arrested. So I packed my things and police escort me out and they also told me you cannot come to this property for another year. I mean all that for a microwave ring. Is the guest not allowed to complain if something is wrong in their room. I have no right to be treated like a criminal. I hope that lady who did this pays for what she did. That is the lowest level of hospitality. Even in a third world country they treat you better."

"Everything was fine but the last morning when we tried to check out breakfast was put out 50 minutes late and was still cold when put out. Also I had to call the desk to get the front desk lady to come out to check us out and then I realized she is literally just lounging on the couches and not noticing when people are up there. Happened to two other people while I waited for breakfast too. Clean rooms and otherwise good hotel."

"We had a good overall experience for our quick 1 night stay. Checked in late, and the front desk was helpful and pleasant as one would be at 11 pm. The front desk staff the next morning was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor, and it seemed to be newly renovated except for the air-conditioning it seemed. We also had a wonderful experience with the airport shuttle back to the airport. My husband went to the front desk to ask about timing (every 30 minutes) and was able to have the shuttle arrive right as we needed. Very convient for the airport."
