"No coffee available after they put breakfast away. That’s wild with how cheap it is to leave the coffee for access from the customers. Every hotel I use has pots available all day."

"Right next to the Airport and tons of restaurants. Brittany at the front Desk is why we had such a great experience there. We had a small issue and the matter of care, urgency, and empathy Brittany shared was outstanding!"

"Mainly disappointed that breakfast is not complimentary at the price you pay. It was the holidays and seems a bit short-staffed. Location is great for visiting Grapevine or going plane spotting at Founder's."

"The rooms were really nice and clean. Location to the airport is great and to other things in the area we needed. The pool was heated which was great..tho the tile used for the flooring around the pool was a bad choice and was very slippery... Not safe to walk on after it got wet. The restaurant is a joke. Super expensive for the "buffet" no hot things on it just a few slices of toast and a bagel, some juice and cereal to choose from on it. The pay ticket said continental breakfast which is where I find the joke. Other than that a very clean and nice place to stay I just wouldn't eat breakfast there again"

"I was very disappointed in my stay. The first night, I was in a room that is adjacent to the weight room. The headboard of the bed is against the same wall that the weights are stacked against. The noise was ridiculous! It sounded like someone was coming through the wall behind my head. I raised the concern with the front desk the following morning after breakfast and they moved me to a different room at the opposite end of the hallway. While it was a complete pain to have to repack for the move and drag my luggage and all (with 3 broken ribs), I was grateful for the quick response and the move. I was told that the weights were new, so I assumed they weren't aware of the issue prior to my bringing it to their attention... I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However... when I checked out and was asked how my stay was, I reiterated that Rm. 124 is not usable due to the weight room behind the headboard. The response I got was that 'every time we put someone in that room....'! So staff and management are aware and are still assigning people to that room! Unacceptable practice. My 'benefit of the doubt' went out the window. I will likely avoid staying there in the future. Lots of hotels in the area that will provide better customer service and concern about their guests."
