"We've had an excellent experience with Kristen Z, our showroom consultant. She's been very attentive, helpful, kind, and patient with us through this renovation process. We highly recommend her! We opted to pick up part of our order in Brookshire today because we needed it quickly, and that went smoothly. The other part of our order will arrive by mail tomorrow. Ferguson has an incredible selection, and it makes such a difference to see these things (faucets, tubs, tub fillers, lighting, etc) in person and to be able to ask questions before buying. I recommend going on line and reading reviews on the different items you are interested in buying to save yourself from any headaches and to make the right decision."

"Most horrible experience over , ordered in September 2022 in Katy TX spent over $30,000. They told us we were going to get our Appliances in January and they didn’t get everything until May, except the FREEZER ( but did get the freezer panel) . Then told us Freezer was maybe expected until another 3months. Luckily we we were able to get the Freezer at another vendor in Houston. So we spoke to manager in the Katy show room and told her to cancel the Freezer ONLY NOT the Freezer Panel. And sure enough they canceled the panel also. So we called the manager serval times again at the Katy show room and asked her why she had canceled the panel, and she said she had done a mistake. Well this is our final product after she re-ordered our panel that we have been waiting for 9 months. They are not the same, who knows now how long is gonna take for me to get the correct panel for my freezer…"

"On this Christmas Day, with all my family in town, my brand new Thermador range from Ferguson that was a year late has been ticketed by Centerpoint for gas leaks from 5 out the 6 burners. The oven is also defective, and we have had multiple repair visits on the microwave, dishwasher and fridge as well. I miss my GE appliances! Ferguson now refuses to help with service on this 3 month old range and other appliances they sold us this year. Very low quality control, poorly built, poor customer service."

"10/29/21 The two stars I can give this place is because the receptionist did a nice job greeting me and the nice lighting selection. I walked around for about 20 minutes with not one person asking me if I needed any help. It was interesting because three ladies in the center back of the store had all the time in the world to talk to one another. The first time I walked near them, one sales lady was sharing about how she wanted a full bathroom installed in her own home in the garage. The toilet part of her story was great as she didn’t want to have to take up the flooring and what not. I kept looking around, taking pictures of things I liked, and hoping someone would at least offer help. Unfortunately, no help, no smile, no nothing. I made another loop around the store. Came back to take a few more pics where the three ladies were still talking about the million dollar houses that they all seemed to want. I was thinking surely a second time around would do the trick, but no, I couldn’t be so lucky. As I left, the receptionist stopped her conversation and said are you doing ok ma’am. I said yes and walked out the door. Me and my money walked out the door to the next place that will hopefully at least try to sell me something! I guess I could have yelled “take my money” in the middle of the store but even then I don’t know if that would have even gotten their attention! I can only imagine the revenue lost in this store when one stove I looked at was $14,000. Very interesting visit. Hoping they make improvements and will start to help customers like me who are ready to buy."
