"So many issues. My dishwasher was not heat drying my dishes, so I called Max Appliance Repair. They quote me an 11-1 arrival time. They text me at 8:30 am saying they are 30 minutes away. The tech came to the house, no name tag or branding. I had to ask if he was with the company. He said yes. Pulls my dishwasher out, nearly immediately breaks the water line and asks for a towel. I give him one of my personal towels to clean up. He works for another 30 minutes or so, rips the insulation and piping from my washer, and tells me my control board needs to be replaced which would cost around $400. I decline. He then puts my dishwasher back in its place, unplugged, leaves a mess of dirt, rubble, broken copper pipes and water on my floor, tells me to save the insulation he removed, and offers me a discount on an installation for the next dishwasher I purchase as long as it is done within 3 days. I pay $90 for the “service fee” and he leaves. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs. You’ll notice they deny that they have serviced those that leave negative reviews, but make no mistake, this was the worst case experience I have had with a repair company EVER. Please avoid at all costs."

"I reached out to this company to repair my washer machine first they didn’t like that I didn’t buy the part from them said they couldn’t guarantee a warranty on the part so understand because I was able to find the same part for $40 cheaper. Guy repaired the part the part works fine but I called to let them know I don’t think he tightened it all the way because water is leaking into the machine the stated because I didn’t get the part from them they can’t fix it I said it’s not the part the part works it’s the work that was done. They refused to come out unless I pay them an other $89. I said no it hasn’t even been a week since he left literally 3-4 days. The kept going back and forth until I got pissed then said they would have the technician who did it call me. Days went by they never called I called again they gave me the runaround again he never called I called the third time the woman said he would call never did. So unprofessional wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone. I’m stuck with a leaking washer and have to find someone else because they refuse to come out unless they are paid just to come fix their mistake"

"I wouldn’t recommend using this company. I used them to fix my dishwasher, it ended up costing me over 300 dollars and the repair man was convinced it was leaking due to the dish disposal, so he made me replace that too and in the end nothing was solved. Hundreds of dollars later and my dishwasher is still leaking (and I had to get another company to come fix my disposal because he didn’t install it properly) I gave them 24 hours to respond and have been nothing but nice to the representative who came to do the work but this is unprofessional and taking peoples money without knowing how to properly do the job is a scam. It’ll cost you a lot and nothing will be fixed so learn from my mistake! No, I won’t remove my comment because you said the same thing when I called but the technician who came to my home assured me he works on dishwashers. And he works for your company."

"The worst services and wasted money. I do not recommend this company. The woman who answer the phones and schedule appts is very rude. She will not release her name. Russell and a young boy came to my home to repair & hook up a washer and dryer. Charged me $180 to repair the body of the washer as it was very loose from a recent move. Then charges me another $180 to replace the dryer power cord so that it will connect to an older power outlet. He powered on both machines and then leaves. I needed him to inspect everything to make sure both machines were working properly. Although, the dryer powers on...it doesn't dry clothes completely. It took me 3 hours to dry a small load. I called a differ tech out the next day and he states the timer needs to be changed. I called Max appliance back on their next work day to receive more info on the tech that came to my home, I was going to explain my problem but the female who answers the phone was completely rude. I asked for the technicians full name (first & last) and she only gives his first name (Russell) and says she doesn't know his last name. She then asks me, "What is the problem" in a rude manner. I then ask her what is their main location and she wouldn't state their location. She was so rude and her tone of voice really upset me so I didn't explain my issue. Intimidated? maybe. The owner Maximino Saenz and their main location is located in Irving, TX off Grauwyler Rd. I had washer/dryer repairs done before by differ technicians in my area and never had an experience like this one. If you want to save $, you may find more reasonable assistance on FB and certain FB groups. Make sure to check reviews here on google before calling for help."
