"I recently had a component break off of our LG dryer’s motherboard and thought it looked simple enough but knew I shouldn’t try to do anything myself so I called A&A. I spoke with the nice lady that answered my call and after a very short, pleasant conversation I decided I better take it to them instead of risking damaging it further myself. Very glad I did because upon arrival she / they helped me by giving me the options that I had available to get it working again. I’ve lived in S. Irving on & off since 1977 so I was familiar with the company and their convenient location. If you’re anything like me, (want all of the small businesses back) as opposed to the big tech, BIG TICKET type places- give these folks a shot first! They could have done all sorts of things that I’ve found are the “new normal” by the “big guys but nope, she looked at it gave me a few options and I was back home in less than 20 minutes. I’m about to try what they said I could on my own and see if I can pull it off. Whether it works with me doing it or not my 5 star review will not change! I’ll simply go back and let their experts take care of it… She could’ve told me anything and I probably would’ve just left the motherboard with them but instead she just gave me the proper information so I could try the most cost effective way 1st. I’ll take all my business there from now on! Thank you A&A for reminding me that there are still a few smaller private small businesses that haven’t succumb to all the big tech people etc. Great place to do business with!!! "I went in for a refrigerator repair. The man came out and didn't really check anything and told me I needed a new circuit board. I told him to fix it. He just wanted 50 dollars. He got mad and left yelling that I just wasted his time. Then the boss called me yelling at me. I couldn't get a word in with him to explain anything. So I just hung up. I had a real repair man out today. It is not the circuit board it is the inlet valve."
