"Will is by far the most incompetent waste of flesh this store could employ. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. I had to do his job for him as far as taking a payment. Will has apparently lost the Will to manage day to day with this store. Will if you are reading this, you suck, your attitude sucks, your management skills suck, your common sense sucks. Everything about you sucks. Do this company a favor and just find somewhere else to work."

"I am currently waiting for a delivery of my item. I was initially told that it would be here between 3-5 on 5/11/23, I ordered it on 5/5/23. I accepted the delivery date and time. Maria is very sweet and showed to help. I was told that I would receive a phone call for confirmation. I received the call but for some reason no one responded when I answered. I called the store back and Maria told me that they were having truck problems but would get my delivery out to me. She told me that she would call me back about the confirmation. I never received a call back. I called the store again and explained that I needed my delivery today due to my husband having surgery and he needed the chair so that he could be up for therapy. She told me that they would get the chair out to me today between 6-7. We have been waiting on delivery and no one has shown. It is now 7:26 p.m. I called the store and they are now closed. I called the Solution Center and they are closed as well. I had even offered to pick up my own product an I was told that they couldn’t do that per company policy. I am very disappointed but I bet my payment would have been taken out on time."

"First couple of experiences were awesome, but I recently purchased a table online like I have my other stuff with them and was brought the wrong table. Then they cancelled my contract for the table I wanted and agreed too and the they created a new rental agreement which I never signed for and then when my payment came too they wanted me to pay for both tables. They were aware of the mistake they made but instead they created a new agreement and stated they pick up the wrong and bring me my table that I wanted but never did until I refused for to pay for the table they brought me by mistake and also pay for the one I wanted so my contract didn’t cancel out like how I’m I suppose to pay for something I never agreed too and pay for something I didn’t receive or have. How would any one do that. Once the 3rd came about I spoke to an associate don’t know if I was placed on hold or hung up on by “accident” once I stated I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t want or have because that was unfair to me and my pocket and clearly I made a down payment for what I wanted but didn’t get."
