"Deidra Fuller is who I recommend through thriveworks. She is great, accommodating, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Deidra has been seeing me for about a year now and I really appreciate all the guidance and encouragement she provides. I’m reading through the reviews of thriveworks and am disappointed at what others have written. I assume that these were written when thriveworks was newly formed here in Midland. In my opinion, the negative reviews are not necessarily towards the counselors but instead, maybe the company as a whole. Which is why I recommend Deidra. Who has never left me sitting and waiting as others have commented."

"Had appointments scheduled two different times and two different times the provider never even showed up! When I call in to reschedule Gina Burnley has yet to answer or explain why she didn’t show up or reschedule with me. Just no call no show nowhere to be found. I would NOT recommend Thriveworks for anyone. If I could I’d give -5 stars!! She’s completely worthless"

"Tried counseling with GINA BURNLEY scheduled an appointment with her for my son he got online and waited for her to join... she never showed up so he was let down. I then called and tried to get her to call him back since it was her fault she didnt show up they told me all they could do was reschedule so I did that and AGAIN he showed up to the call and she never joins the meeting!!!!!! This place is complete garbage I would not let them counsel my goldfish at this point! They are not professional nor does corporate know anything thats going on. Go ahead and take Gina off payroll, she aint doing her job!"

"Very poor experience in February 2022. Thriveworks was taking telemedicine appointments only, which is fine, but we had a pressing issue and the assigned provider was a no-show to the appointment she had confirmed ahead of time. This was a deeply disappointing experience."

"My experience with Deidra Fuller is she is an attentive listener who makes you feel supported and validated at all times. She has a very gentle spirit and has an encouraging/non-judgmental approach. Deidra is honest without being insensitive and cares to ask the tough questions when it's needed. Her assessments and insight of my experiences are and have always made me feel heard and accepted. Deidra also has a logical approach to helping me see other options without being intrusive or telling me how to live but instead letting me live my truth. She is versed in studies and has an extremely good judge of character. I would recommend her to anyone looking to work through different/difficult situations in their lives with pure honesty and freedom to discover where they've been and where they wish to be."
