Both my daughters went today and one of my daughters is autistic and typically I get uneasy because at times people do not understand. But the staff was accommodating, patient, supportive and caring. "I think for the most part all staff and doctors are nice, my only problem is the long wait when being seated in a room. Having a one year old and 4 year old waiting for a while can cause a lot of stress and make it to where the kids no longer want to cooperate from having to sit for so long, I do prefer in and out offices especially when having more than one child. Will be switching because of this problem happening numerous times."
"After having a not so great experience at Rodeo Dental. We came here and I am so thankful. The ENTIRE staff was amazing. Very rarely do you even get a receptionist that’s nice but she was LOVELY and handled a pretty good amount of patients with ease. The gentleman who first helped us listened to us when we told him our daughter was more comfortable with females helping her. He instantly got someone and didn’t make a fuss. The two girls who helped her in the back before seeing the doctor were AMAZING. The doctor was also so kind and informative. Such a breathe of fresh air after researching and trying to find a place my child would love after having a not so great experience!"
