"I had the BEST experience with Ms. Norma, her happy smile made me walk to her desk instead of the other ladies… then she was able to get me a lower insurance rate, as well as put me on a 6 month plan. These are things I had previously asked one of her coworkers to do, but the other lady said what I had was the best she could do. Then I added another vehicle to my plan, yet I’m NOT paying twice as much for full coverage!! I am so grateful I went to Norma, she worked to find me the best deal and I am beyond happy!! "Well.. I walked in there and the chairs looked like 2nd hand, hand me downs, didn't feel comfortable sitting on them, please spend a little money and replace them. I only walked in there because the sign says $28 liability insurance, and we'll that's not the case. Very misleading. If there were zero starts I would use that. Staff was personable and polite so, that will move from zero stars to one star cuz it's not their fault."
