"Customer service great over the phone, and in person. The staff who assisted were very polite and got everything done quickly and they were very thorough. My rear wiper broke when trying to replace it (no fault of their own, it had never been changed and this is super common) and they are making sure it is getting taken care of asap. Very fun people to talk to. Probably never going to any other place for an oil change ever again! Loved everything about coming here. If someone didn't know something, they asked rather than winging it and potentially messing something up. Quick, friendly, and most importantly HONEST"

I was here today for the first time, and was truly amazed by the energy, friendliness and professionalism of the employees, especially Michael, and the overall quality of service. (By the way, if anybody at corporate headquarters sees this review, Michael should be in your TV commercials, or at least do training videos. He's amazing!) I HIGHLY recommend this place, and will return the next time I need an oil change."
"I came to get an oil change before work. They recommend the best oil for my particular car. Talon was very friendly and informational. They checked my tires and other things on my car and let me know what I will need done soon. Not pushy at all. I will definitely be coming back.
