"I had called in advance to see if they had the parts I need. To which they told me I would have to order them and have them shipped to this location, but I would have to go in and pay first, which was fine. I went 20 minutes before closing on a Wednesday, I understand it's the end of the day ready to go home, customer service is not always that great. Then I returned that follow Saturday at noon. HORRIBLE customer service!! I entered the center and no good afternoon or we'll be with you in just a minute. I stood there for approximately 6 minutes without being acknowledged. While the three people behind the counter talked amongst themselves. For the most part I would get most of my part here, but I think that may change."

I only talked to Ed for 20 something years, and when he moved on I got hooked up with Mary in Spring, and she has always done a great job for me! Standup guys, I remember them eating a bunch of US Parts warranty parts when they didn't have to."
