He went above and beyond to ensure my battery gets replaced. Even my car battery placement was a bit complicated, he didn’t shy away from helping. He just requested for me to remove some of the coverings which I did and he changed the battery for me within 10mins. This goes to show that his “will” was there and he earned a customer over this act. Mind you, before arriving to AutoZone I had stopped at an O’Reily to get this taken care off and they had “refused” to change the battery as they though it was a bit complicated. They just never had the will like Clemente Garcia. AutoZone has earned a regular customer from today! Thanks Clemente for your help!"
