"UPDATE: A few NP’s are good but I still don’t expect them to stay long, the crew seems to have stabilized but we’ll see. The previous review still stands regarding the primary doctor. Avoid this place like the plague. They don’t care about patients. A few of the NPs that have come through are okay but no one ever stays long. The turn over here is crazy and you rarely see the same people. They never do Prior Authorizations properly, they try to say you’re late for appointments but when you show them otherwise they shut up and never apologize. This place should be closed. They constantly put up new signs to threaten patients into behaving how they want you to or you won’t get your needed meds."

"I’ve been an adult patient for 4+ yrs The things I’ve witnessed the front desk staff deal w/ are unreal…one after another after another. I have been kind & have been met with kindness in return. Phones have been an issue in the past but have been corrected in the last year. Dr K & the NPs will give you as much help as you need. They are there to listen & do so unless you are just there to get your script & go. My meds have been changed and monitored afterwards closely. Drug testing is on point & even will call you to count your pills with no warning if suspicious activity reported from pharmacy (ex: dentist script mixed with their script). As in everything, you get what you give as a patient here. Be open and honest with the doctors and try to be empathic and kind to the staff if they seem to be having a bad day. "Would give 0 if I could. I don't know that there is a worst mental health office anywhere. They almost never answer phone and when they do they are extremely rude. Dr. changed all my medication told me to stop all others then his office never calls them to pharmacy I'm on second day now and still not called to pharmacy. As a veteran only seeing them because VA so hard to get into. You would think when it comes to mental health they would do better. I do not recommend to anyone especially if you have children could not imagine putting a child through this."

"Been seeing dr K since I was a kid. I don't know what to say other than that his practice is the biggest medically professional disappointment that I've ever encountered. It's like he's given up or simply doesn't care anot his practice anymore to allow those unprofessional, rude little girls run that office. They do NOT return calls.... NONE OF THEM, if you ARE able to get a human on the line, they're passing the buck where you almost always get a voicemail of a person who will not return your call under any circumstance. You can't file a complaint because they won't allow you to speak to Dr. K, Mrs Sonja, Dr. K's wife or anyone that could send their trifling behinds home! It's no valid excuse why one should STILL be waiting on "the girl who schedules the appointments" to call back! There's also no valid reason why when you call the office back to notify them to you haven't heard back, that the young girl who initially took the call and transferred it, should be so nonchalant in stating, "well that's all I can tell you is to leave a message because I don't know.. she's the only one who handles that"... I wish my daughter would have stayed on there is I see why she didn't... every girl working in that office would be OUT OF THERE! Dr. K is going to lose people if another available doctor comes along. I'm beginning to think after reading the comments that the reason he doesn't seem to have a care is because he's the only doctor in the area that takes Medicaid. He's going to have to do something before he's reported to the Better Business Bureau with all of these horrible ratings. I'd hate to see that happen for him simply because his staff doesn't know what professionalism is. I truly pray that at some point his wife, or the dr himself, will look at these reviews. The office staff as a whole is a parasitic mess! I never thought I would say this about a practice that was once upon a time so reputable but... It's very unfortunate that zero stars can't be given."

"I'd give more if they had a answering service that handle calls. Taylor is awesome he listens well and gives great feedback on how to navigate ADHD. The ladies in office are kind and care. Dr K is a good Doc. Rough office but my kids are cared for and they work around life. Grateful for Dr Taylor the most"
