"Great place but after a long drive, I have an artificial spine, I really depend on a hot tub. Wasn't working again. Most handicapped folks need cold and hot after a long drive to rest at Hilton. I really rely on this or I'm in lock up mode and can not enjoy the sights! But everything always works good. I also wish Beaumont would do something about."

"The bed was not clean. It smelled awful. I found hair in the bed. Which had me believe the bed wasn't changed properly. The breakfast was very expensive and was all frozen food. Nothing was cooked for you. I will never go back. Don't let the location fool you. It's better hotels in that same area. I just picked the wrong one."

"My husband and I loved this hotel, which is high praise given that I am hotel-phobic. The room, as well as the lobby, was bright, spacious, and very clean. The staff was friendly and cheerful. It was a blessing to find this place during our travels."

"Greetings! Let me start by saying, I am not a frequent stayer in this hotel; however, when I’m in Beaumont _ The Hilton Garden Inn is my hotel of choice. The rooms are spacious & clean, the beds are very comfortable & the location is great for me (with its easy access to the freeway). Although the housekeepers & other staff members are “wonderful’, I would like to point out a particular guest service's representative *Miranda*. I cannot rave enough about her! I’ve stayed in many hotels, some of them elite; & Miranda’s care & professionalism is right up there with the best of the best!… From the greeting at the front desk to the seamless check in & check out, she has always made my stay enjoyable therefore I’d like to praise her for her professionalism & commitment to care! "I always stay at this hotel when in town. It is a beautiful hotel, however I’ve noticed and mentioned in surveys before that the furniture in the lobby and restaurant either need to be professionally cleaned or replaced if dirt stains cannot come out of the material. Also the paint was peeling by the entry door to the room, in the hallway, and bathroom. The desk was sticky from someone’s food and I cleaned it myself with wipes I carry with me at all times. The carpets in the hallways had stains. Not the hotel’s fault, but highway construction is now right at their doorstep. It’s a complete mess so beware! I hate to see this hotel get run down as it is one of the most decent hotels in town. I also want to mention that if you need an ADA toilet with bars, this hotel only has a couple of rooms that can accommodate. The toilets are low even for me and I’m 5’3”. The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are professional and friendly. I’m sure their hands are tied in regard to maintenance. It’s usually the owner who needs to take responsibility and get things repaired and cleaned up. I hope that happens very soon."
