"RECEPTIONIST EXTREMELY RUDE. My friend and I are here for our other friends wedding. We walked in to check in, not knowing whether or not we could check in without the person here whose name was under the reservation. I myself am extremely polite when it comes to talking to customer service workers. This receptionist was immediately so rude to me, acting like i was slow or something. I know that i wasn’t being disrespectful so idk why she felt the need to catch an attitude. Ruined my whole mood."
"My husband and I had to fly in for a funeral and to tell you I felt so relaxed after a day of mourning in this place. It was quiet. We got to select first floor or second. We walked in and the tv said my name it was super nice. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The shower was amazing. It was literally like our own little studio apartment with an awesome kitchen and even a dishwasher. I got a little peckish and went to the front desk and got a tv dinner after sleeping in and missing the breakfast. The front desk girls were fantastic and super chill. Next time we come to Beaumont we will for sure stay there again. Thank you for making a sad trip a little bit more enjoyable."
"Our two night stay was so comfortable and room had kitchen with full size appliances. Spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly. I enjoyed the full breakfast bar with hot and cold selections. I will look for Home2 hotels whenever I travel from now on. Would give them six stars if it were an option."
"Best hotel I’ve stayed in since the beginning of the pandemic!! Customer service was fantastic via phone and in person! Rooms are great! Absolutely love the contactless methods they offer when checking in and purchases snacks. First hotel in a long time I’ve stayed in that didn’t disgust me. Keep up the standards Home2 Suites!!"
