"I have taken our motorhome to Auer's RV a couple of times and had a great experience - both with the quality of the service or repair done and the customer service! I worked with Alex and Joey and found both of them to be top notch, professional, and a pleasure to work with! Now for the icing on the cake. I took the RV out last weekend for a "shakedown" outing to make sure everything was good to go after the winter. Unfortunately, the leveling system did not work - I had power and flashing lights on the panel, but nothing beyond that. I called Auer's, talked to Joey, and explained what was happening. After he asked some questions, he walked me through a couple of steps and within a few minutes, my leveling system reset and was operational again! I was so relieved and very appreciative that Joey took the time to help me over the phone. Thank you Joey! Without any doubt, Auer's RV is my go-to place for RV service!"

"I brought my travel trailer (2017 Lance 1985) for a slide out seal issue and to have a rear light assembly replaced. The work was completed in less than a week and they even found areas during the roof inspection that needed sealing. To be honest I knew there were a couple of areas that needed sealant but had been slow to address them. All in all, Alexandra was friendly and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs and Braxton did great work on it while it was in the shop. "Honesty, integrity, professionalism, speedy solar installation at a THIRD of other quotes! Praise the Lord for the honesty, integrity and professionalism of the Auer's RV Service Center team that set them aside in the RV industry! We desired a solar system on our mobile ministry motorhome to not have to go to a campsite and plug-in every day, but go where the Lord led us and camp wherever along the way. I called around to select the perfect company to do it, having researched the time it takes and the cost of the products involved, some of which we purchased ourselves and had delivered to them weeks in advance which they kept safe for us. I learned… always call more than one company. The first company tried to change what we wanted, regardless of several attempts to explain the requirement in detail. Then attaching an ASTRONOMICAL price to it! "Kevin and Joey were great to deal with. My solar project for my Camper Val was complicated because the van is old, 1995, they used parts that I had obtained elsewhere and they had to do some work on doors to access the work. Everything was custom, and they were up for the challenge! Good job!"
