"The place is falling apart and shingles fell on my brand new truck causing 3500 in damage. Of course they're refusing to pay and now my insurance premiums will go up. Not to mention it reeks of weed constantly and the most the management does is leave poorly written notes on everyone's door doing absolutely nothing. Theres many nice apartments that are actually taken care of in the Amarillo area unlike this one. Please don't make the same mistake I did by signing a lease with these people."
"My husband and I moved in around the beginning of November and we like it alot the apartment is really cute we moved from a house so it's a big change. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance staff always come to fix things quickly. We have nothing but good thing to say about the Renaissance. We also love the fact they are pet friendly."
"Lived here for about a year. Anytime we had an issue, it got resolved. Though the management team kept changing, they were still friendly to us. They raised the rent which caused us to look elsewhere but unlike some other apartment, they didn't throw random fees at us once we left."
"We are about to move out of this apartments after 2 years of living. All I can say is - place is great both because of how well it is kept and Bc of people , who work here . Management and stuff are super nice and helpful, whatever had to be fixed was always fixed the same day, packages were always taken care of and never got stolen, area was really well kept and really nice. The environment is friendly and welcoming! I was very pleased to live here and be around this place and people ."
"Stay away from this apartment complex! Shingles fell off of the roof & did over $4000 damage to my car & the apartment is refusing to do anything about it. They stated that it is an "act of God" because it was windy that day. Improperly secured roofing shingles falling on a car is not an act of God -- a tree falling on a car is, but not improperly secured roofing. There are also fallen carports within the complex which I am sure did damage to some vehicles. This is not a complex that anybody should do business with if you want to keep your stuff nice. I will be reporting with the BBB & other agencies to ensure that this doesn't happen to anybody else."
