"We stayed here recently on a trip through Amarillo, and it was such a positive experience! The hotel is clean and has very facilities! The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible! We experienced vehicle trouble the morning we were supposed to check out, and the team allowed us to have late checkout so that we could get everything resolved before we got back on the road."
"Love this location. Always smells amazing. Always clean. Check-in is effortless and guys are so helpful. So personal and caring. Valet is $35 and parking across garage is 18 if you get it verified otherwise 22.00. No complaints about facility just awesome."
"It's absolutely one of my favorite hotels. Everything you need, Restraunt, great Bar, and nice fire pit to have your drinks. Indoor pool and hot tub to end the night . Once again, Hilton Embassy was Great! One of my favorite:) thank you for the wonderful stay ❤️"
"These guys are the best. We’ve stayed there 3+ times & have loved it each time. They have two free drinks per guest each night. The rooms are great & clean. The only thing is they need to check the free snacks with the drinks more as they ran out each time we were there. The morning bfast is always great. Defiantly will be staying there each time we go through Amarillo!!"
"Was so surprised to see all the negative reviews about Embassy Suites in Amarillo. Spent a night here since my family and I were going to an event across the street at the civic center, which was a huge bonus to how convenient that was and we had a great stay! The kind gentleman who checked us was so friendly! I wish I could remember his name. I was traveling with my service animal and he was so accommodating in getting us a room near the elevator, plus making comments on my cute pup which is always appreciated. The happy hour was great, there was only 2 bartenders on a busy night so there was a bit of a wait for drinks but that was perfectly understandable. Breakfast on the day of check-out was tasty! Not a huge selection, but the omelet bar is pretty cool. Valet was quick and friendly too, both on check-in and check-out. Room is spacious and clean, beds are comfy and overall would stay again. My only comment was that when we arrived there was only 1 of 3 elevators working, it kind of sucked at first because it was super busy. Eventually though they opened another one and that seemed to really help the queue of people waiting to use one."
