"The room was dirty. There was trash underneath the bed and the nightstand, heating and air. When I got there did not work they had to fix it. The TV did not work. They had to replace it the edges of the counter in the kitchen. We’re coming off and loose, it was very noisy because of the construction going on next-door, which I know that part they could not help. This place didn’t even have a full Continental breakfast. It was only granola bars and coffee."

"The room was dirty and smelly. I asked the front desk about the smell and they told me that it was probably the cleaning product that they used for the room. It did not smell like a cleaner.... smelled like someone was smoking in there and they tried to cover it up. I can't believe i had to pay $30 to have my dog stay the night with me... especially because SHE is cleaner than the room itself.. Extremely disappointed and i won't be staying here on my road trip back. Only giving 2 stars because there weren't any bugs so... i guess thats a plus?"

"Just off the main highway next to an abandoned movie theater sits this hotel. I was able to park right out front which made me feel better being that I was moving across multiple states and my car was full. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was pretty quiet."

"First of all the reviews had me skeptical about the staff if the staff aren’t nice why waste your time staying somewhere right ? Well let’s just say I’m happy I’m not the type of person to judge by reviews I found out myself that the staff here is Amazing it’s the people who come upset when things don’t go their way or as I witnessed a reservation came through from 3rd party after 6 pm when the property was already booked ! The customer was very ugly towards the staff ! Next time call maybe !? Aaron is the New Gm she is a sweetheart she’s trying her best to get things how it should be ! Dede is the AGM she’s also a sweetheart! Destiney was the first front desk agent I meant she’s such a doll her smile lights up the room ! She was very helpful to me and my husband made sure we were happy with the room towels and just overall anything we needed ! . Tiffany is very sweet and respectful the guy at night awesome as well ! I wish nothing but the best for the staff and hotel ! If your gonna reserve just call it’s common sense it’s not the staff fault reservations come through try adding a contact number so they can call and let you know before wasting your time goin all the way up there to be disappointed with the staff and making false reviews on them ! If your hesitant don’t be the staff is great I just wish breakfast was a little better lol but hey overall we will be returning !"

"Made an online reservation for my one of the employees in my company. Called their reservation team about a credit card authorization form (separate from the location, like a help desk I assume) where I was instructed to fill out a form online then it would be sent to the front desk. While on the phone I told him that it would be a late check in, around midnight 1am he told me that as long as it was before 3:00am that the reservation would be held and there was no need to contact the front desk. I did not trust that so then I later called the hotel where I was then instructed to call back 15 minutes later because they were dealing with an issue, that was fine. I then called two hours after that first phone call and spoke to someone I believe Destiny where I informed her of the late check in around midnight/1:00am, I triple checked with her because I did not want any issues for the employee as he had to get up early that same day. I also added a note in the credit card authorization that it would be a late check in Imagine the frustration when I am informed from my employee that his reservation was cancelled. I then called the hotel asking why that happened where I was told that at 1am there is an audit and all open reservations are cancelled. When asked why it was cancelled if I informed the hotel of this late arrival she explained that it was something the system did and all hotels did the same thing. I then responded with "So if I have an employee arriving late I should not book this hotel?" and she said no to that, that if it happened the front desk would just ask the guest to wait while the audit is completed and then create a new one. That did NOT happen last night, the guy working the front desk this morning at 1:00am told my employee it was cancelled and nothing could be done about it. This situation should not have happened and I will be sure to never put my employees back in a hotel where reservation and clear instructions don't mean anything."
