"I usually don't put reviews next to a lot of places. This hotel was so clean it was super nice and Check out at noon super helpful staff. Nice big room. Great big walking shower thoroughly enjoyed. Welcome back. The vibe in there is just awesome. Let me just tell you. And we all know that even if a vibe's funky cause a personnel, it makes for a kind of a c*****Stay when you're so far from home but. This felt like a home away from home kudos to you, thank you so much for being kind"

"Terribly maintained. Elevator broken and I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. NO HOT WATER due to (per staff) very old furnace that keeps breaking down. Worn and excessively stained carpeting throughout the hotel. Broken light fixture in the stairwell, with wall stains showing it has been that way for a long time. Pricing reflects a decent hotel, but don't let that fool you. I'm amazed to see this hotel branded with the Choice Hotels logo."

"It's the perfect place for truckers. Atención is nice, they speack english and spanish, the place is clean, affordable and quiet. Also the have a dinning room, and breakfast included. The staff is nice and helpful, The deco is super cool and spooky. I do not know the reason but the pool was down. This facility has WiFi, parking lot and if you are a trucker Pilot is across the street."

"First off I want to say that the staff are very friendly. I have no issues with staff. I stayed 2 nights and was traveling with my 2 toddler granddaughters who were very much excited about going swimming in the pool. After check in and getting settled, we checked out the pool only to be told that it is not working. No mention of this at check in and no signs stating such so this was false advertising. Not long after check in the elevators stopped working and we were on the 3rd floor. Talk about difficult with my bad knees and carting luggage with 2 toddlers! I will say the room was very spacy but the beds were a bit missed up, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet so you slide when you sit. The windows open with no screen protection so BE CAREFUL WITH SMALL CHILDREN! I felt unsafe and the fact that no one tells you that the pool isn't working till you ask is very shady. Will not recommend or stay in the future."

"Where to start. The lobby is nice. It stops there. The so called pool amenity is a trap because it's not in use. 100+ degrees and it's one amenity that would sell me on a hotel. So that's a lie. Secondly everything here is broken or maintenance man patched. Carpets are filthy. Vents are rusted and haphazardly installed. The elevator has been broke all weekend with no compensation or considerations made by staff or management. I can't even tell how horrible their "ambiguous frozen breakfast was " . Worst coffee my fiance and I ever had. For the lack of proffessionism and courtesy I will be reposting this review to make sure it doesn't get taken down by the owner. You can also find it on social media. I have traveled all over the US and this is by far the most disappointing stay at any comfort. The owner should be ashamed of this situation. Filthy carpets, dirty bathroom shower pan, filthy window sills on every window. Not to mention the hazard of having guests with children on a 3rd floor with a broken elevator. Up and down three flights of stairs with 2 little girls and luggage. Absolutely disgusting example of a comfort brand. I will make sure I never recommend and make sure people understand what they're selling is not what you're getting. Even the linens were disheveled before anyone even sat on a bed. Cracks in the caulking around the ac unit. The worst carpentry and careless paint job I've ever seen. Windows without proper stops for guest safety. As a builder from San Antonio I know the violations and feel obligated to report all of them to the proper entities. City building, local fire Marshall and so on."
