"This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There was blood on my bed sheets and I had to change them out myself. The room was dirty and Phone in there did not work nor the light in there. elevators were down. The corner store was out of order.The hotel had a weird smell! Overall we had a horrible stay!"

Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic - it had a cozy and inviting ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The common areas were well-maintained and had a stylish decor that added to the overall charm of the place. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were immaculate and spacious, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire stay. The beds were not only big but also incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service from Roxanne, the inviting atmosphere, and the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms truly made it the best hotel stay I've ever had. "Former employee here. Don't stay here unless you want roaches and bed bugs crawling on you in the middle of the night, staff that isn't paid enough to care, microwave/frozen breakfast, broken amenities (gazebo/grill area was closed by the city for safety issues, the laundry machines eat your coins, and every room has something broken every other week), and a disgusting sewer smell. wasn't gonna leave a review when I quit, but an employee destroyed my personal property that was left there and nothing is going to be done. similar to when nothing was done about a customer's jewelry being stolen by staff, or another customer's laptop. the owner does not care about your complaints and will get angry at employees for reporting repeat issues like bugs or the smell. it's also frequently terrorized by tweakers. don't waste your money here."

"This place is a disgrace and no way they have this high of reviews unless you pay people to post them. It always smells like sewer and the front desk people are rude and I helpful. The owner avoids your phone calls if you call him to complain and they rip you off on prices for the Rooms. They don’t clean the rooms but only when they want to. Tweezers stay here because they allow them too. The breakfast is microwaveable bacon and eggs and I will post pictures. Everything is broken and then don’t fix it it says out of order. That’s there gazebo and bbq that disgusting Don’t ever stay here ever!!! Only plus is location everything else is trash"

"The room smelled like sewer and the hallways. This hotel room was dirty with feces and pubic hair in the bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty and the utensil holder and everything about the kitchen was dirty. The bed was comfortable but the frame bar in the middle was sticking out about 2 inches or more. The fire alarm was on the refrigerator instead of the ceiling. The inside of the hotel needs a lot of remodeling. The workout equipment is broke. The side doors don’t lock and have tape on them which is unsafe. The worst Hotel we have stayed in."
