"If I could give this place a negative 100 stars I would! I stayed here 12/30/22 - 01/01/23 and the foul smell could be smelled in the parking lot but I was told you could not smell it in the rooms first lie! Went up to the room first thing walking through hit with the smell…I didn’t care though as it was only a couple nights and I was helping my parents with things and wasn’t going to be in the room really at all but to sleep. First night was hard to sleep as smell became so bad at night. I have sensitive skin and use special soaps specifically for my skin and when I left the first day of my stay my toiletries were missing. Called called to front desk and they advised to just use their soap and that they will have the manager/owner call in the morning…second lie. Woke up next morning it was check out day manager/owner not there the clerk didn’t even know the managers name have not heard from them still. I will never ever stay at this disgusting place again and I will be taking this to Wyndham so that they can at least know exactly how the guests are being treated at their locations!"

"A close friend of mine was just kicked out. All because her daughter was sitting in the lobby off to the side reading a book. The new management at this location said that she was scaring of customers by sitting there. My friend has been staying at this hotel for the past couple months with no issues from previous owners/management."

"Conflicted! The rooms were very nice. The beds were on the better half of decent. Good hot water for your shower. Clean linens, towels, etc. The staff was friendly. Free breakfast was just grab-and-go items, mainly muffins. You can enjoy all of this for a very low fee. That was the best part. $54.00/night. However, you're going to have to have a strong nose! The smell was horrible! Straight up sewer gas smell throughout the hotel. The first level was much worse than the other. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you can stand the smell."

"We have stayed here more than a few times, but this stay was, unfortunately, disappointing. On the plus side, the room was comfortable, the hot water was HOT and the air conditioner worked very well in spite of the 100 plus degree temps outside. Front desk hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. Disappointments came in the form of NO housekeeping of any kind during the five days we were there. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned, so another room was given to us. In that room the bathtub drain was clogged, and I was told there was no maintenance person to take care of it (I did it myself). If we wanted clean towels I had to take the soiled ones to the front desk, where clean ones were readily available. Trash was not taken out during our stay, unless we did it ourselves. Breakfast was, well, coffee and dry cereal (hey, the coffee was really good!). The lone prepackaged Cream Cheese Danish had a spot of mold on it. This in not the property we have visited in the past. I am not going to guess why it was in this shape, but the corporate office needs to be made aware."

"The hotel was always very clean. The staff always friendly and polite especially the manager! We stayed here a month or so and I can't really complain. The maids were great, even with my 2 cats with us. The room was very nice. Excellent water pressure, and everything worked except the dishwasher, which wasn't an issue for me personally. We could have switched rooms but there was no need! Would definitely go back to this hotel next time we're in town!"
