"Wes, John, and Mike have all had to do some kind of repair in my unit. They were all very nice and showed up within less than 24 hours. When the burner blew out in my oven, on a Saturday, after 7pm. Mike showed up less than a hour later, with the part needed, and had my oven working again in less than 30 minutes. John got my ice maker up and working. Wes got my garbage disposal up and running and fixed a few other issues I hadn’t called in. All in all I’m above satisfied with the maintenance teams work and wonderful response time."

"The admins are great and your repair needs are taken care of pretty quickly and professionally, which I appreciated a lot. (except the gate almost always being broken and wide open for 1/3 of the times I lived there but I know that's not the handyman's problem.) But I had some really annoying neighbors including the ones who set their car to honk three times each time the car turns on. 6:30am? Honk three times. 9:30pm? Honk three times. Stay away from building 8."

"The three bedroom is like a little home, I enjoyed sitting at my dining room table to eat on it in five years. That I was awfully grateful to. The master's closet is walk in, nice. Now the floor boards are worn out and need replaced badly, really wakes up the downstairs neighbors, when I get in. Those are the problems I have otherwise it is nice."

"Great community. It's nice and quiet, and maintenance responds to every issue I've had, very promptly. The gym is nice, and the staff in the office are always friendly and willing to help with anything that comes up. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the finish work on a newly renovated apartment I moved into, but this place is great."

"I do not recommend this place, it is very unsafe, very dirty, it is too hot and the air does not work. it is very expensive and the apartments are old they have a lot of worms. Last year they broke into our car and stole everything in it including passports and new machines from my husband's work and when we spoke to the office they told us they wouldn't take care of anything and they did. the machines in the gym don't work! I was here for a year and they never fixed it . the air does not work and there is no one to give us a solution. This is too much !!!"
